Pick your registration up at the Rudy Brown Centre.

Sessions in Ridgetown will be recorded and posted as ON DEMAND sessions following the live event.

Ridgetown sessions are not being live streamed.

Ridgetown IN-PERSON registration includes

Attendance at live sessions at Ridgetown location
Meals and refreshments provided throughout the day
Access to the VIRTUAL KICK OFF STAGE on January 3rd, 2024
Access to the ON DEMAND sessions until March 31st, 2024
Access to the TEC Talk Tuesdays starting January 9th to February 27th, 2024

Registration Fees

One Day - $199 plus HST

Two Day - $279 plus HST

To register you will be required to create an account prior to completing your registration.

If you collect CCA Credits, remember to include your CCA number with your registration.

No Refunds all sessions are available for viewing ON DEMAND until March 31, 2024.

Before you begin to register you will need to temporarily allow pop-up windows to complete your payment. If prompted, temporarily allow pop-up windows. Everyone will need to create an OAgC account including past registrants.

SWAC In-Person Registration closes December 11th, 2023

Details to access the VIRTUAL STAGE will be emailed to the registrant’s email on January 2nd, 2024. If you do not receive the instructions, please check your junk mail. If it does not appear in either area, please contact us at info@ontarioagconference.ca or check the conference home page on January 3rd, 2024.

If you are concerned about streaming quality and managing your data usage during our virtual event, we have made the following options available:

We will be streaming in 720p (5.5 hours of 720p video streaming = 5GB of data usage), but you can lower the video stream quality to save data.
Audio Only option available if video will not play

Refund Policy

No Refunds.

All conference sessions are available until March 31st, 2024.
