Registration opens November 1, 2022

Join our first ever hybrid conference! Attendees can choose to join the conference LIVE and IN-PERSON at Kemptville, Ridgetown or Waterloo or by ONLINE as they have done for the past two years.

Registration Fees

• ONLINE (Both Days) - $149.00 CDN + HST until February 28th, 2023
• IN-PERSON - ONE DAY - $199.00 CDN + HST until December 13th, 2022
  • Kemptville, Ridgetown or Waterloo - CLOSED
• IN-PERSON - TWO DAY - $279.00 CDN + HST until December 13th, 2022
  • Ridgetown Only - CLOSED

IN-PERSON Registration includes: attendance at a pre-selected on-site location as well as meals and refreshments provided throughout the day. You will also have access to the LIVE STAGE on January 4th & 5th and access to ON DEMAND sessions until March 31, 2023. You will also be invited to TEC Talk Tuesdays in January and February. IN-PERSON registration closes December 13, 2022

Remember! Each registrant requires a unique email address to access the LIVE STAGE. If you plan to collect CEU credits you will need to provide your CCA number in the registration process.

Before you begin to register you will need to temporarily allow pop-up windows to complete your payment. If prompted, temporarily allow pop-up windows. Your registration will not be complete until payment is received.

Details to access the LIVE STAGE will be emailed to the registrant’s email on January 3rd, 2023. If you do not receive the instructions, please check your junk mail. If it does not appear in either area, please contact us at info@ontarioagconference.ca

If you are concerned about streaming quality and managing your data usage during our virtual event, we have made the following options available:

• We will be streaming in 720p (5.5 hours of 720p video streaming = 5GB of data usage), but you can lower the video stream quality to save data.
• Audio Only option available if video will not play
